Join Rebecca for 1:1 mindfulness coaching sessions. Learn to replace bad habits with good ones, rewire your brain for less stress and more growth, connect to your purpose and step confidently into your best life. Rebecca will guide you through a practice of mindfulness and breathwork techniques that are specifically tailored to your needs. You will be empowered with very approachable skills and tools that you can continue to practice at home.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and is held either in Kingston Beach, at your home or workspace, or via Zoom. A series of 4 sessions is recommended with frequency of weekly or fortnightly.
