Pure yoga sound bath

Rebecca teams up with Dave Reynolds to offer a Yoga Sound Bath, a deep journey into the self to reset and recharge. 

The evening begins with 45 minutes of flowing Vinyasa Yoga accompanied by Dave on crystal singing bowls, gong, and drums. Students are then led into 45 minutes of surrender in meditation with soothing didgeridoo. 

$55 for this divine 90 minute class.
